About Me
I'm Swarnava Mukherjee. I’m a counseling psychologist with a Master’s in Applied Psychology from TISS Mumbai, combining therapeutic expertise with lived experience. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who works from a neuro-affirmative and queer-affirmative lens. Over the years, I’ve supported people from all walks of life navigate challenges and discover new ways to thrive.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I work with you to find approaches that fit your unique needs, values, and goals. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical.
For me, therapy is about building resilience, connection, self-trust and much more!
Languages I speak: English, Hindi, Gujrati, Bengali.

Testimonials
There were moments when I was totally overwhelmed and didn't know which way to turn, but they always managed to soothe my mind, provide clarity, and walk me through. It wasn't therapy, it was more like a lifeline. They enabled me to get past things that I never believed I could.
This new year felt a little more present & mindful than the last 5 years. You were one of the major things that helped.
What I really look forward to now are my therapy sessions, and that itself feels like a first win for me. As someone who held on for a long time before taking the first step to get help for my mental health, five months now of consistent therapy with 'Here and Now' feels like progress.
