How do I book a session?

What are the charges?
Individual therapy sessions are Rs. 1000. If you are a student reach out for low cost slots. If they are available you will be notified.
How often do we meet?
This depends on your individual needs and goals. Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly to start.
How long is each session?
Standard therapy sessions usually last for 50 to 60 minutes.
Online or Offline?
Sessions are primarily conducted online. Please inquire if you have specific preferences.
What are your credentials?
I am a counseling psychologist with a Master’s in Applied Psychology from TISS Mumbai.

Just bring yourself and your openness to explore. There's no right or wrong way to "do" therapy; we figure it out together.
