Individual Therapy

These are hour long online sessions designed to help you feel safe and supported as we explore what feels difficult. We move at a pace that feels right for you, with the intention that you leave each session with greater clarity, a sense of ease, and direction for what comes next.

My approach to therapy is human-centered and eclectic. I tailor our work to your unique needs, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches rather than a single framework. Sessions are collaborative, grounded in the present moment, and guided by your goals, values, and lived experience.

I also facilitate workshops and collaborate with mental health founders to design thoughtful, human-centered products and services.
